We think it is important that you know how we handle your data, so that you can trust that your data is in good hands with us.
We process your data in accordance with the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation of The Netherlands), which replaces the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) as of 25 May 2018 and is the new privacy legislation for the entire European Union.

Privacy

Taets Art and Event Park takes your privacy seriously. We process your personal data because you use our website, our services and also because you provide this information to us yourself.

We do our best to carefully process the data you have provided to us.

This privacy statement gives you a clear overview of which personal data we process, how we handle this personal data and also indicates as clearly as possible why we collect it.

Within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation of The Netherlands, Taets Art and Event Park is a so-called controller in this regard.

  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • IP address (masked)
  • Other personal data that you actively provide on our websites, in correspondence and by telephone

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our websites and/or services do not intend to collect data about visitors or persons under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot always check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion and income position.

Why and for how long

Taets Art and Event Park does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which you provided this data.

Sharing data

Taets Art and Event Park does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Taets Art and Event Park only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy.

Taets Art and Event Park has concluded a processing agreement with Google. Because the IP address is masked, the information that Google collects is anonymized and cannot be traced back to a person.

Opt-out

If you prefer to completely block the Google Analytics script, you can download an opt-out plugin for Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. With this plugin, your visit no longer counts in the statistics of all websites that use Google Analytics

View, adjust and delete

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Taets Art and Event Park and you have the right to data portability.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@taets.com

With such a request, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

Complaints

Taets Art and Event Park would like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Data security

Secure connection

The website of Taets Art and Event Park has a secure connection. This means that the data sent between your device with which you visit the website and the server on which the website runs is encrypted. The website has an SSL certificate to guarantee this secure connection. The certificate has a 4096 bit encryption so that you are assured of the highest level of security.

Server

The website of Taets Art and Event Park is hosted on a server. The server is located in a data center located in the Netherlands and offers sufficient security facilities such as climate control, 24/7 security security personnel, fire extinguishing systems, UPS generators, full CCTV coverage and monitoring, automated alarm systems and access control.

Back-ups

The website files and database are regularly backed up. This backup is encrypted and is also stored in a secure location. Old backups with old data are destroyed as soon as they are no longer needed.

Updates
